Account and workspace data
Account access uses email/password, Google or a supported device passkey. The workspace processes account identifiers, conversations, submitted content and capability evidence. Device biometric data stays with your device; iXiM receives passkey authentication evidence, not facial or fingerprint templates.
Review, teaching and memory
Review-only attachments do not automatically enter long-term learning storage. Teaching and capability imports are distinct submissions and may create retained intake records. Review-only does not promise that message history, operational logs or backups contain no copy.
Service providers
Hosting, account services, email, research and model integrations can process data needed for the requested operation. Configured integrations include OpenAI, Groq, K2 hosting on Modal, Tavily and Brave; use depends on the active workflow. Do not submit passwords, private keys or sensitive information that is not necessary for the task.
Browser storage and telemetry
Browser storage supports account sessions and preferences. Hosting and operational services may process request metadata and errors. This notice does not claim that the site is free of logging or infrastructure analytics.
Retention and requests
A complete retention schedule, backup deletion policy and verified privacy-request contact have not yet been published. No automatic deletion deadline or universal encryption guarantee is offered here. Public registration remains closed while these details are finalized.
